These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form the Licensed Application End User License Agreement between you and TRX Wallet ("we", "us") governing your use of the TRX Wallet app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Non-custodial service
TRX Wallet is a self-custody (non-custodial) wallet. Your recovery phrase, private keys, and PIN are generated and held only on your device. We never have access to your funds, private keys, or recovery phrase and cannot freeze, reverse, recover, or restore them on your behalf. If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds may be permanently inaccessible.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing your device, recovery phrase, and PIN, and for all activity that occurs through the App. Anyone with your recovery phrase can take your funds.
No financial advice
The App does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to transact in any asset. You are solely responsible for evaluating any transaction.
Irreversible transactions
All transactions are broadcast to the public TRON network and are final and irreversible once confirmed. Always verify the recipient address, asset, network, and amount before sending. We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
No buying, selling, or exchange
The App does not facilitate buying, selling, swapping, bridging, converting, or trading of digital assets, and is not a money services business, broker, or exchange.
Scope of license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law.
Maintenance and support
TRX Wallet is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRX Wallet is not liable for any loss of assets, profits, data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of your recovery phrase, unauthorized access to your device, or network conditions.
Product claims
TRX Wallet, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, TRX Wallet, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the App.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. This agreement is between you and TRX Wallet only, and not with Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
